At Advyro, our subscription plan operates on a flexible, month-to-month basis, allowing you to select the business plan that best suits your needs.
1. Subscription Fees & Administrative Charges
The fees you pay include an administrative fee, which covers various services such as account management and ad design. Please note that this administrative fee is non-refundable.
2. Cancellation & Refund for Scheduled Ads
If you need to cancel any scheduled ads, you may do so up to 24 hours before the scheduled posting time. In such cases, a refund will be issued for the ad spend, excluding the non-refundable administrative fee. This refunded amount will be credited to your Advyro account for future use, or you may request a refund to your original payment method.
3. Ad Design & Approval
Please be aware that the administrative fee also covers our ad design services. Once you approve the ad designs, they are considered final, and the associated costs are non-refundable.
4. Changes to This Policy
Advyro reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting an updated version on our website.
